If you have a situation where you have no flexibility in test administration, email us to check availability of materials via UPS Next Day Air. The charge for this service is $35 per order (not per test) which includes the approximate $25 UPS charge and the $10 for rush orders. If you need to test ASAP or request a test week with less than 3 weeks lead time, please add $10 for rush orders. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR NC HOMESCHOOLS First, DNPE now allows testing any time during your school year. Visit our NC page for details. Second, we get many requests related to concerns about the June 30 "deadline" for test scores to be on file or mailed. It is not necessary to spend extra money for rush testing and fast scoring. This excerpt is taken directly from DNPE's web site: "Send results to DNPE? Only if
you received a letter of invitation to do so from DNPE this past
August. Consult that letter for all the details and do not attach
address or telephone number changes in the same envelope with
them. Otherwise, simply keep the student achievement test result
and attendance records at your home for at least one year after the
date of testing. If DNPE doesn’t ask to see them during that one
year period, you will have satisfied the North Carolina law regarding
the DNPE inspection of these student records. If the test company scoring your
child's test does not provide the test scores to you in time to meet
the June 30 DNPE postmark mail-in deadline, simply hold the completed
student attendance records until the test results arrive from the
company. Then, send both items together to DNPE per instructions given in your
August invitation letter. There is no need for you (or the
test company) to notify DNPE about the mail-in delay."
Please help us keep Rapid Response Scoring available and affordable by using it only when truly necessary, such as emergency entrance to public schools or court cases. Questions or problems with ordering or
